Finding Fox Creative

Hi! Thanks for stopping by. Let’s get to know each other. I'm Liv. I am the founder and lead photographer of Finding Fox Creative. I have had the desire to tell the stories of adventure since I was very young. I remember photographing the most random things with a disposable film camera that I then sent off at Walgreens for development (remember those days?). I was completely taken by the process of capturing light and movement in a static image while maintaining the spirit of the moment. I started my career in photography while earning my art degree in 2009. It was there that I truly learned the technical side of photography. I was so fortunate to be in one of the last groups to begin my formal education, in photography, with a course in black and white film photography. It taught me so much about attention to detail, the importance of mastering my tools, and understanding the process. For the past 4 years I have taught art in the classroom, learning even more through teaching than I did as an actual student and allowing other passions to develop along the way.
My passion for travel and all things outdoors combined with my degree in art and the patience I have learned as the parent of a toddler and a teacher all came together to provide this perfect little niche for me as a natural light, adventure and lifestyle photographer for families and couples. My goal is to provide you with a truly unique and FUN photography experience. I prefer documenting over directing. From the moment you book your session to the moment you receive your files and prints, we will work closely together to achieve incredible, honest imagery that will continue to tell your story for years to come. I would love the opportunity to help you tell your story. Drop me a line and let’s get started!
